Return window

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with original packaging, tags, invoice and any certificate supplied with it.

Items not eligible for return

• Customised, engraved, resized, altered or made-to-order jewellery after work has begun.
• Items showing wear, damage, missing stones, modification or misuse after delivery.
• Gift cards, downloadable products and items identified as final sale.
• Items returned without the supplied certificate, invoice or security tag where applicable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the package and item. We will assess the issue and provide return or replacement instructions where appropriate.

Return process

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and the correct return address/instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and use a trackable, insured service if return collection is not arranged by us.

Do not send an item without approval. Return shipping charges may be deducted unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Inspection and refunds

Returns are inspected before approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Original delivery charges and duties are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock and price differences. Where a direct exchange is not practical, we may process a refund and ask you to place a new order.
