This policy explains how orders placed on ddiamonds.in are prepared and delivered.

Order processing

Ready-to-ship items are processed after payment and order verification. Custom, made-to-order, resized or engraved items require additional production time. The product page, checkout or order confirmation may provide an estimated dispatch time.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of address verification, custom production, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, security checks, customs or events beyond reasonable control. We will use the contact details supplied with the order to communicate material delays.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout where applicable. Tracking information is provided when supported by the carrier. High-value orders may require identification, signature or secure delivery arrangements.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete, accurate and serviceable address with a reachable phone number. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.

International orders

International availability depends on the destination and product. The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local restrictions unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Lost, damaged or delayed parcels

If tracking shows an unexplained delay, loss or damage, contact us with the order number. Keep all packaging and provide photos or video when requested so we can investigate with the carrier.
