These Terms & Conditions govern access to ddiamonds.in and purchases from D Diamonds. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

Products and descriptions

We aim to display jewellery, gemstones, colours, dimensions, weights and specifications accurately. Natural stones and handcrafted items may have reasonable variations. Images may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Certification or hallmark information, where applicable, will be stated with the product or supplied with the order.

Prices, taxes and availability

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other fees are shown at checkout where possible. Obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected, and we may cancel and refund an affected order.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm or dispatch the order. You must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information and be authorised to use the chosen payment method. We may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, payment failure, stock issues, legal restrictions or inaccurate information.

Shipping, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Eligible returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Customised, engraved, resized, altered or made-to-order items may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed before production.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the site for unlawful activity. Website content, branding, product photography and design are owned by or licensed to D Diamonds and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, D Diamonds is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party services, or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other statutory remedy available to you.
